Workshop Fees: There is no charge for any Region 14 / Hopewell Center sponsored workshop unless otherwise indicated in the workshop description.

Registering for Workshops: To register for Hopewell sponsored workshops, you may:
Some workshops have a limited number of seats available. You will not be notified if your reservation is confirmed and seats are available, unless a registration fee is required, or if you register online. If the workshop is filled at the time Hopewell receives your registration, your name will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified.
Cancelling Workshop Registrations: If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have registered, please contact Sherry Campton at 937-393-1904 ext. 126 to cancel your registration and make your space available for another participant.
Workshop Credit: In accordance with the State Board of Education's Teacher Education and Licensure Standards, Region 14 / Hopewell Center will provide workshop participants a Certificate of Attendance to verify and provide information on the content, agenda and number of contact hours for the workshop. Participants must attend the entire workshop to receive a Certificate of Attendance. Certificates will be issued at the end of each workshop.

Adverse Weather Cancellations: In case of inclement weather, call our main number (937) 393-1904 and dial extension 200 for information about cancellations due to weather.
Distance Learning Requests: To request that a presentation or workshop be simulcast to another site, please call Michael Roush (937-393-1904, ext. 136). We will try to honor these requests, whenever possible.
Climate Control: Keeping the temperature in our conference rooms to everyone's liking is impossible. We recommend that you wear layers of clothing when you attend workshops at Hopewell both in the hot months and the cold months.
