Amy Luttrell serves as the Family Consultant for Region 14 State Support Team. Mrs. Luttrell is a graduate of Wilmington High School, Cincinnati Christian University and Wilmington College. She joined Hopewell SERRC in 1993 and served as the Family Resource Specialist for the SERRC for 15 years. In that position Mrs. Luttrell worked to strengthen partnership between school districts and families of children with special needs.
Mrs. Luttrell works closely with Region 14’s Parent Advisory Council and is available to provide information, referral and consultation to families and school personnel. This school year Mrs. Luttrell is also serving as Transition Consultant for Region 14 and serving as a Regional OIP Co-Facilitator of one of the 18 districts within Region 14.
